Public Pajamas

I'm a big fan of public pajamas. Not only are they exceptionally comfortable, but they're lightweight and nail that "effortlessly cool" vibe like whoa. They're also versatile and go well with both a flat and a heel.

For last weekend's BeautyCon appearance (I was a judge and a panelist; peep a recap here), I wore ELKIN's warm-weather version of the trend, the Papa Top and Kevin Short set in a blush silk/floral jacquard. (Don't know ELKIN? They're an LA-based label fronted by design sisters Kara and Brit Smith. The cast of Girls are big fans.) Paired with a simple strapped sandal and a Me Char clutch, this might be one of my favorite looks of this season.

If you, too, are feeling the public pajama/pyjama movement, see some current favorites below.
